EPIC interacts with patients and families across Europe through the European Patient and Family Advisory Group - PAG in collaboration with clinical centres and ICUs, to set-up, foster and network with new national patient group nodes.

The PAG will co-create

• an informational booklet in easy language about palliative care in the ICU
• an open access educational peer program
• a workshop with patients and family members to engage patients and family members and to integrate their views and needs on necessary provider skills and knowledge.
